4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must sign up for an account. By creating an account with Best-Optns, you agree to the following terms:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Refrain from using the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
• Do not transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Do not impersonate another person or entity.

Violation of any of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account, and may lead to legal action where applicable.

5. Copy Trade Milestone Service Fee

Users who generate $100,000 or more in net profit through the platform’s Copy Trade feature are required to pay a 5% milestone service fee before initiating any withdrawals from those earnings. This fee is not automatically deducted — users must manually complete the payment before any withdrawal from the milestone earnings can be processed.

The reason for this manual process is to ensure full transparency and user control over large profit events. Rather than silently deducting funds, Best-Optns believes it’s important that high-performing users are clearly informed of the milestone, the fee, and its purpose, before any deductions occur. This promotes trust, accountability, and clear communication — core values of our trading community.

The milestone fee helps sustain the infrastructure that powers copy trading, including the funding of trader incentives, advanced trading tools, and backend systems. It only applies after crossing the $100,000 profit threshold and ensures that the system remains robust and fair for all users.

6. Fees and Payments

Some features and services provided through our platform may require payment. All fees, pricing, and billing terms will be transparently disclosed prior to any transaction. By continuing to use such services, you agree to comply with our payment terms and ensure timely settlement of all applicable charges. Best-Optns reserves the right to revise its pricing structure at any time, with appropriate prior notice. Failure to pay any outstanding balance may result in service suspension, account limitations, or legal recovery actions.

7. Withdrawal Compliance & Clearance Policy

To ensure secure transactions and maintain full compliance with financial regulations, some withdrawals, especially those exceeding specific thresholds, may require a final clearance step before they are processed.

This clearance validation is triggered automatically by our system based on factors such as the size of the transaction, recent account activity, and overall account status.

In certain cases, users may be asked to fulfill a one-time clearance amount (e.g., $700) to verify and authorize the release of funds. Please note: this is not a penalty, charge, or hidden fee. It's a protective compliance measure designed to prevent fraud, ensure smooth processing, and avoid unnecessary delays.

Once this step is completed, your withdrawal is processed without any further review or interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, graphics, and features found on the platform are the intellectual property of Best-Optns or its authorized licensors. This includes but is not limited to educational materials, trademarks, logos, and proprietary tools. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or repurposing any content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in account termination and legal proceedings for copyright or trademark infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best-Optns shall not be liable for any losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential, resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the platform or its services. This includes damages for data loss, system errors, downtime, or financial loss. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the platform is at your sole discretion and risk.

10. Termination

Best-Optns reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at any time and without prior notice if you are found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or if your behavior is deemed fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform or its users. Termination may include the removal of your account, forfeiture of any associated privileges, and potential legal recourse where misconduct or illegal activity is involved.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes or claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts within the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
